How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?

1. Call us at 562 773 0552 to obtain a return authorization number. This number should be placed on the exterior of the box you return the product in.
   
   
2. Make sure your name and address are correct on a copy of your invoice which you should place inside the return box. Include your phone number or e-mail address in case we need to contact you.
   
   
3. Please be sure to send your package via a traceable method insured freight.
   
   
4. Returns received after 30 days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Dry, Inc will not pay for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error in your order.
   
   
5. All special orders and dropships will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
   
   
6. Return shipping charges will not be credited.
